Acculon Energy Welcomes New Technical Program Manager, Sam Schacht

Sam is a seasoned R&D leader with over 15 years of experience at a Tier 1 supplier, specializing in the intersection of product engineering and project management.

Throughout his career, he has successfully managed multiple departments, modernizing operations to significantly reduce development lead times while elevating product quality.

A named inventor on two seating-related patents ($US10144470B2$ and $US10052987B2$), Sam’s expertise spans both the Powersports and Automotive sectors. He collaborated with industry leaders such as Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, and Harley-Davidson before serving as the Project Leader for the Acura MDX and RDX programs.

Raised on a dairy farm in Canal Winchester, Sam brings a relentless work ethic and a “hands-on” philosophy to his leadership.

When asked about his new role at Acculon, Sam shared, “I am dedicated to executing high-level product developments and optimizing the systems that drive innovation forward. My goal is to turn complex engineering challenges into streamlined, market-ready successes.”
